This game is awesome and I love the fact that you can get a sword as a reward for killing an NPC that has a baby. The character creation is fun and I like that you get to equip your character with stuff that can help them in the future. Once you’re done with the entire adventure and got your sword, there are some hidden items and you can become an indie developer. Most of the quests are rewarding, even though some of the quests are a bit vague. I really liked the soundtrack of the game. It’s a nice simple score that keeps with the game atmosphere. There aren’t any jumbled beats, which is the case for a lot of games. If you have the time and patience, this game is worth a look. (June 1, 2014)
Despite it’s imperfections, there are great things to love about Descendants of Erdrick. The music isn’t perfect, but the soundtrack fits the tone of the game well. The combat is truly inspired, and the levelling up system allows for deep customization. Despite its flaws, its combat is still the most interesting thing about the game. Unfortunately, this only comes once the game is fully levelled out, which will take a very long time to do.
